RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of our products we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case you receive damaged products. If items were damaged upon delivery, please email us within 24 hours of the delivery confirmation. Customers are responsible for the return-shipping fee, and it is not refundable. Please email blinkmepretty@gmail.com with the subject line "Damaged Item" and include your order number and a picture of your shipment package as well as the items that arrived damaged. 

 

Important Note: Lashes are handmade and some discrepancies in hair assignment may/will occur. Please keep in mind that handmade lashes will not look symmetrical. If the lashes differ from one another in regards to hair assignment, it does not constitute as a "Damaged" item, therefore, replacements will be denied.
